A few notes about the COVID-19 test result you send in for documentation:
- The test may not be from an at-home test
- The test result must include your name, date and a positive result
Additionally, if you've had COVID-19, are still in the 5-day isolation window, you are also eligible for a refund. Please send us a copy of your positive COVID-19 test result, your order number and specific ticket details.
You MUST request a refund by Saturday, April 30th, at 12 PM PST.
If you’ve recently had COVID-19 and are now outside of the 5-day isolation window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
